Setting Up Report Access

Users can only generate reports they have been given access to by the Administrator or Pharmacy Manager. The default access depends on Role Type. For more information, see Role Types.

To set up user access for reports:

  1. Log into Propel Rx as ADM or the Pharmacy Manager user.

  2. If logged in as the pharmacy manager, select > Security and enter the login credentials.

  3. In the Security window, select the user at the top. Select the Report Access tab.

  4. Select the Full Access checkboxes for the reports you want to user to access.

    You cannot assign a child row more access than the parent row. If the parent row is flagged as No Access, Propel Rx greys out the corresponding child rows.

  5. Select Save.
